Privacy notice

Sri Lanka FinTech Festival Connect collects only what is needed to run the event networking game: your Google identity, name, email, optional phone number, profile photo URL, challenge activity, connection consents, and uploaded festival photos.

• Photos are stored in an event-owned Google Drive folder organized by attendee.
• Images are private by default and are not publicly listed.
• Contact details are shared with other attendees only after you confirm a connection.
• Leaderboard rankings are visible only to authorized administrators.
• Exported contacts (vCard) cannot be remotely recalled once saved on another device.
• Retention: data and Drive folders are kept for event operations and may be deleted after the festival when organizers complete archival.
